Note that someone may have the same 
thoughts about you and your ways. 
You are not perfect!

When you demean others' capability,
When you suppress others' doings,
When you give no credit to others,
When people your blood reign higher,
Remember, others can feel the same;
Nothing may come to surface, but, 
Nothing forgotten too.

Arrogance coupled with authoritativeness;
Loud-mouthed coupled with Domination;
Intrusiveness coupled with interrogation;
Unfairness coupled with secrecy;
Dishonesty coupled with lies;
Stinginess coupled with expectation
Are traits I have seen in some women I know. 
Best way is to keep such women at bay; 
getting closer hurts!

When you are intrusive about others
When you want to know everything,
When you observe what others have
And want to lay your hands on everything;
When you are clandestine about things,
And are beguiling in every thing you do;
With what audacity are you expecting others to be open?

Before you spit your venom on others
Reflect looking at the mirror;
Before you feel irate on others' doings
Reflect on how you will do the task;
Before you think others are inept
Reflect on your true capabilities;
Before you think others are imbecile
Reflect on your intelligence; that is wise!

Think a million times before your actions;
Think for a second before you let out words;
Think for long on how you want to
Upbring your children;
Think ahead on what can be in store 
based on how you behave today.
What you were should help you mould 
what you are in a better way. 
Your upbringing counts.

When you bear unfair and unjust views,
When you are dishonest and secretive,
When your ideas bear malice and hate,
When your actions impish and wrong,
When your words taunt with venom,
When your behaviour presents poorly,
The best approach is to keep you a bay;
the best conversation is silence; 
this gives peace.
