We are not aggressive. we are meek and agree to whatever is offered and in contrast always trying to show one up on the other Malayalees. We do not keep up with what is going around us. We refuse to grow, are happy when some a survey points out we are far better than other communities. But there are scores of Malayalees earning just above 30 grand a year. We do not get equality in most of the places.
